‘Alienation’ is a body of work, created for my thesis during my senior year at Parson’s School of Design, some of which have been featured in Photo Vogue. This   body of work resembles an emotional change from my adolescent life in the suburbs and how this affects my current life within a cityscape. It explores the topic of struggling with an eating disorder and how this has made me feel alienated from my own skin. Through this I have explored the relationship to my past and how the human body serves as a landscape that can define who we are as individuals, as well as a reflection of our inner thoughts of isolation, suffocation and loneliness.
